Evidence labelling

Every claim is labelled observed evidence, synthesized insight, inference, or hypothesis. Nothing is presented as research that was not supplied.

Equal dimensions

Functional, emotional and social jobs receive equal analytical weight in every specification.

Open questions

Each analysis closes with "What We Still Don't Know" and the validation method for each assumption.
